Dr. George Lekakos is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business, Athens, Greece. He leads the Intelligent Media Lab (IML), a research group within the ELTRUN Research Center (http://www.eltrun.gr) at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

Before his current position, Dr Lekakos was Assistant Professor of e-Business at the Department of Information and Communication Systems, University of the Aegean, Greece. He is member of the teaching staff at the Greek Open University. During the previous years he worked in adjunct and visiting teaching positions at the Department of Computer Science, University of Cyprus, and the Department of Digital Systems, University of Piraeus, Greece.
